About
An independent publishing house in Tornio, Finland.
Ahjo Press publishes books made with care: well set, honestly described, and built to be used. Ahjo is the Finnish word for a forge.
Imprints
Ahjo carries our classic and straightforward titles. Warband Press publishes fantasy of all kinds, beginning with a cookbook. Velho Book Shop makes practical, playful and educational books with a touch of fantasy.
How we work
Our books are printed on demand and sold through Amazon, so nothing is printed until it is ordered. We are a small press and do not charge authors for publication.
